General Information
- The number of participants is limited to 50 people.
- The school will take place at Centro Culturale Grandhotel Dobbiaco.
- Registration will open in January 2022.
- The final deadline for registration and payment of the conference fee is May 31, 2022. After this date it is not possible to register any more.
- The deadline for early bird registration and payment of the conference fee is March 25, 2022.
- The deadline for cancellations (due to serious impediments) with conference fee refund is May 31, 2022. After this date NO REFUND will be given. In any case, bank transfer expenses for refunds will be charged to the participant.
- The conference fee includes registration costs, full board accommodation from the dinner of June 19 to the lunch of June 24, 2022, and visitor's tax:
- double room accommodation: 480 € (early bird payment), 580 € (payment after March 25);
- single room accommodation: 580 € (early bird payment), 680 € (payment after March 25).
- Please note that, for the double room accommodation, the participant MUST PROVIDE THE NAME OF THE COMPANION who will share the room with him/her. The companion may be either another participant or an accompanying person.
- Accompanying persons are not subject to registration costs and must contact the organizers for their reservation. They will take advantage of the same prices reserved to the regular participants.
- A poster session will be organized during the week. Participants intending to present a poster should contact the organizers not later than May 31, 2022.
